I took this photo last July in Taos, New Mexico.
It was a lovely 80 degrees that day.
Today in Estes Park it's 17 degrees -- @ 7:00 AM.
I posted the image of this particular fence because it warms me.
Hope you're feeling warm today, too.
Nancy

ReplyDeletesorry it's so cold there... here's to spring & blooming flowers & lots & lots & lots of color & nice weather! =)
Thanks. I feel spring in those words. :-)
DeleteNice fence- and yes, it warms me too! Taos is such a pretty little town.
ReplyDeleteYes, it is. Lot of great photo ops there. Thanks for visiting.
DeleteSunshine here, but no warmth to speak of. I've always found these fences fascinating, although I've never seen one in person.
ReplyDeleteTaos has some amazing fences. I'll post another one some day. Love the fence you posted, Evelyn. Very unusual. Have a great weekend.
Deleteyes this fence is certainly rustic, beautiful but I'm fascinated by the coloured fabric squares. The significance?
ReplyDeleteI have no idea. It was private property, so there was no way to find out without bothering the owner. If anyone knows, please tell me. I thought the little flags were enchanting.
DeleteI Like the opposite angles of the fencing and its shadow. (I'd opt for the cooler climes any day - In South Australia we are experiencing many days of temperatures in the high 30's (C) with overnight temp only dropping to around 25, making it difficult to sleep. However, February is traditionally our hottest month, and cooler days can't be far away. Meanwhile, staying indoors (with airconditioning) to catch up on those forgotten tasks, is an appealing option! Have a blessed weekend.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting, Valerie. Stay cool and enjoy your weekend. God bless.
DeleteThanks for visiting. Much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteLoving the colorful, rustic flags -- adds such a punch of color to your photo. :)
ReplyDeleteHope you had a good weekend, Nancy. Thanks for visiting.
DeleteWhat a lovely image, love the bunting!
